RATE DETAILS:

 

Our nightly rate is $285 before tax and airbnb fees for a one or two person occupancy. The rate does not include the cleaning fee. We have a minimum stay of two nights.

 

The 9% Maine state lodging tax and an Airbnb Service fee will be factored into your total on Airbnb. 

 

The following is included in your nightly rate...

• private parking area, living space and riverscape 

• an assortment of breakfast items with which you can create delicious  meals in the Boat Barn (granola, eggs, butter, milk, orange juice, etc)

• tea, coffee and basic cooking staples (available at all hours)

• exclusive use of the Boat Barn and Bath House

• use of the kayaks, canoe, paddle boards, paddles and life jackets

• pre-set fire pit just waiting for the sun to go down

• lots of amenities

The maximum number of adults that The Osprey Nest can accomodate during a stay is 4.  

For each additional adult (over the base number of 2), there is an extra $100 charge. 

 

Children are welcome.  We have some of our own.  There is no extra charge for children ages 12 and under. Children ages 13-18 years are an additional $50 per night.  

 

Please communicate your bedding needs to us in advance so that we can make the necessary modifications to the sleeping arrangements.

 

No smoking.

No pets allowed.

Rates are subject to change.

 

A security/damage deposit of up to $1000 will be charged to your credit card for any damages, excessive cleaning needs or any other unforeseen charges.
